Robert Ensminger, Founder and CEO

Payments and merchant-services executive with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling businesses across ISO channels, POS systems, equipment finance, and payments-related revenue models. Founded Alpine Payment Systems in 2006, growing the company from an ATM provider into a nationally recognized merchant-services organization with direct processing relationships, nationwide partner networks, and multi-year First Data President’s Club recognition. Pioneered the introduction and implementation of pay-at-table payment technology in the United States through Alpine Payment Systems’ “Dine Fraud Free” initiative, adapting early Ingenico North America terminal technology for U.S. restaurant environments at a time when table-side payment systems were still virtually unknown in the U.S. market. Later founded Executech Lease Group, building one of the few remaining independent equipment finance platforms focused specifically on the merchant-services channel, with deep experience across ISO development, revenue strategy, underwriting alignment, deal structuring, and partner growth. Known for building strong teams, aligning departments around shared revenue goals, and identifying monetization opportunities inside evolving payments ecosystems.
